Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • For lost packages, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.

Damaged Packages
