Refund policy

Custom Nail Art Services

  • All nail art services are custom and non-refundable once completed.

  • If you are unhappy with the result, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge.

  • No refunds will be issued after the service is completed and approved.

Press-On Nails / Ready-Made Nail Art

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of purchase (adjust as needed).

  • For hygiene reasons, used or applied press-on nails cannot be returned or refunded.

Damage or Defects

  • If your nail art is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

  • Approved cases may qualify for a repair, replacement, or store credit (refunds at our discretion).

Allergy & Aftercare

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by allergic reactions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Please inform us of any allergies prior to your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
