Custom Nail Art Services

All nail art services are custom and non-refundable once completed.

If you are unhappy with the result, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge.

No refunds will be issued after the service is completed and approved.
Press-On Nails / Ready-Made Nail Art

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of purchase (adjust as needed).

For hygiene reasons, used or applied press-on nails cannot be returned or refunded.
Damage or Defects

If your nail art is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

Approved cases may qualify for a repair, replacement, or store credit (refunds at our discretion).
Allergy & Aftercare

We are not responsible for issues caused by allergic reactions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Please inform us of any allergies prior to your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Refund Method

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
